Q. Why is shipping so expensive? All our items are shipped via Yamato Transport, and delivered via UPS outside of Japan.All shipments have a tracking number and are insured. Orders are normally shipped with 1-3 days. Q: Do you ship to my country? We generally ship to Europe, North America, & Oceania. If we do not ship to your country, you can email us, and we can check if we can add it to our shipping options. Q: Do you take special request orders? Yes.
